Charles Kampinski has represented victims across Ohio since 1974. His name is frequently in the newspapers because of his landmark cases and verdicts. He has been published in Ohio's case law text under Moskovitz v Mt. Sinai, 69 Ohio St. 3d 638 which was a landmark personal injury and medical malpractice case dealing with a hospital's negligence in a failure and delay in diagnosis matter where punitive damages were awarded due to defendant's altering of records. He has won well over one hundred million dollars in verdicts and settlements for victims and their families. Chuck graduated from Ohio State University with a BA in 1970 and a JD in 1974. He was a member of the Ohio State Law Journal while in law school. He is a member of Cuyahoga County and Ohio State Bar Associations; America Association for Justice (Sustaining Member); and Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.
